The traffic isn’t your problem.
Your page is.

Let’s be honest for a second: you can run the BEST ads, send the PERFECT email sequence, and get every single eyeball you were hoping for… and if your page can’t convert that attention, none of it matters. 🙃

I’ve watched it happen. Traffic shows up ready to buy, and the page just… doesn’t close. Not because the offer was wrong. Because nobody made the words and the design agree on what they were even selling.

THIS is the season we fix that.

One brain. Your strategy, your copy, your design, ALL of it, built to actually convert the traffic you’re about to pay for.

Book a call and tell me where you’re at

And in case you need the receipts: the last page I got sell-ready before Black Friday converted 52% better, on the SAME traffic. That turned into 6x ROI. 🙌 Yeah. Let’s do that for you too.

The Stakes

Ingrid, founder of Penguin Designing, working at her laptop

Here’s what I’ve watched happen every single year.

The traffic shows up. The ads run, the emails go out, the promo hits. People land on the page… and then most of them leave. Not because the offer was wrong. Because the page wasn’t ready to convert that much attention at once.

Q4 traffic is the most expensive, most impatient traffic you’ll get all year. It arrives ready to buy and it decides fast. A page that leaks at the headline, buries the offer, or asks people to work to understand it will lose sales you already paid to earn.

Traffic isn’t the win. Conversion is. And by the time you see the numbers underperforming, the season is already halfway gone.

The Real Problem

Most pages don’t underperform for one reason. They underperform because the copy, the design, and the strategy were built by three different people who never spoke to each other, or by one person doing their best on a template at 11pm.

The words say one thing. The layout emphasizes another. Nobody decided what the page was actually for. So the reader gets confused, and confused people don’t buy.

A page that sells is copy and design moving as one thing, pointed at one goal, with a strategy underneath it. That’s the whole job.

And it’s the part a template can’t do for you and a designer who won’t touch your words can’t do either.

Let’s get yours pointed at one goal

“I had goosebumps the entire time reading it!!! I don’t know how you made that sound so perfect. A lot of that was not on my notes sheet but WAS in my brain from my experience talking to students.”

Two Ways I Can Help

Depending on where you’re starting,
there are two ways in.

Door 1 — You already have a page or a shop

The Conversion Tune-Up

Before the rush, we go through what you’ve got and fix what’s costing you sales. I run it through my RAINBOW method: competitor research, layout review, and copy-level fixes, then hand you a prioritized action plan showing exactly what to change and why. Because I do strategy, this goes past hierarchy and buttons. We tighten the actual messaging and angle, not just the trim.

  • CRO Audit: one page or your full site. From $497 a page, $2,000 for the whole site.
  • Shop Audit: a conversion walkthrough of your store the way a real customer moves through it. $450.
  • Want me to make the changes, not just map them? We can build them out together.

Best for: you’ve got the page, the traffic’s coming, and you want it tightened while there’s still time to matter.

Door 2 — You’re selling something new this season

The Sell-Ready Sales Page

One offer, one page, built to close, and built by one brain handling the whole thing: positioning, copy, design, and build. No relaying copy between a writer and a designer who never talked. No page that’s pretty but says nothing. Strategy first, words locked, then designed to carry them.

  • Design + build, when you bring the copy: $1,500
  • Strategy + copy + design + build, the whole thing from me: $3,000

Best for: you have a real offer for this season and you want the page done right the first time.

This one has a real deadline, and I’m not being dramatic about it. The calendar is the part almost everybody underestimates, so I’ve done the backward math for you below.

Why me, and not a template or a CRO shop

Two things make my pages work
that most options can’t offer together.

One brain, both worlds.

I speak coach, course creator, and educator as my first language, and I also do ecommerce. So whether you’re launching a cohort or bracing your shop for the biggest sale weekend of the year, you get someone who understands the offer and the buyer and how to make a page carry both. Most conversion shops only speak one of those. I work across all of it.

I plan Pre-During-Post, not just the page.

A sales page isn’t a thing you hand over and walk away from. I think about the before (does your audience have time to hear about this?), the during (does the page perform under real traffic?), and the after (can you reuse and adjust it once the season’s over?). That’s the difference between a page and a page that fits into an actual launch.

And I don’t ask you to take my word for it. I’ve got the receipts.

Proof

The receipts,
in the only numbers that count.

52%

higher Black Friday conversions on the same traffic and the same offer, after we fixed the page. It turned into 6x ROI for the client. 🙌

23.67%

conversion rate on a tripwire landing page after we refreshed it.

21%

conversion on a sales page where the design and the copy got rebuilt together. Roughly 3x the market benchmark.

Straight from the back end

And here’s what that looks like in the dashboard.

In their words

Don’t take it from me.

“The level of care, foresight, and intention you brought to this overhaul is incredibly appreciated. Choosing to trust Ingrid’s expertise was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our business. She didn’t just optimize our store; she gave us the confidence and tools to handle peak sales with ease.”

Best Black Friday sale on record

TIQUE

“Ingrid at Penguin Designing is a magician! She built the entire e-commerce side of the site and did the most gorgeous job. Working with her was a total breeze, this new site would quite literally not exist without her incredible expertise, time, and skill.”

Doubled conversion rate, same products

Jen Wagner

“We found Ingrid when we had hit a low point, after a season of desperation from a failed project where we invested $60K+ and were deeply disappointed in the final outcome for our shop. We were leery of trusting someone else. Little did we know Ingrid was the person we needed all along!”

Client, the week after launch

The part everyone underestimates: the calendar

Let me save you the scramble I watch happen every November.

Black Friday is November 27. To sell well, your page needs to be live by October 30, because you need time to warm your list, write the emails, and run the promotion. A sales page done properly, strategy through build, takes about a month. Count backward and you land in one place: it has to be booked by September 30.

That’s not a pressure tactic. It’s just the math!

  • Book by September 30 → we build through the following weeks → live by October 30 → you spend the run-up marketing it → it sells through the season.
  • Miss that window and the page can be perfect and still underperform, because there wasn’t time to promote it. That’s a timeline problem, and I’d rather tell you now than in November.

I take 10 builds this round. When they’re booked, they’re booked. The tune-up stays open a little longer because it’s faster, but the same truth applies: the earlier we fix it, the more of the season it can earn.

Grab a build spot while they’re open

“We brought in 15K in sales our first week of launching! Our website is seriously stunning and you helped us tremendously throughout!”

Questions you’re probably weighing

Can’t I just use a template and some AI?

You can! And for some budgets and stages that IS the right call, which I’ll say out loud even though I’m the one selling you the alternative. What a template can’t do is decide what your page is for, position your specific offer against everyone else’s, or make the words and the design agree with each other. That’s the part that moves the number. A template gives you a shape. This gives you a page that sells.

How do I know if it’s my offer that’s off, or just the words?

That’s honestly one of the hardest things to see from the inside (nobody gets to read their own page like a stranger does), and it’s the first thing I check. When conversions lag I look at the sales page copy and design flow before anything else, because that’s usually where the leak is hiding. The tune-up tells you which one it is before you spend a dollar rebuilding the wrong thing.

I’ve been burned by someone before.

Fair. I’d be cautious too, and I’d probably be side-eyeing this whole page right now. That’s part of why I start with strategy and show you the plan before we build, so you’re never handing over money and hoping. You see the thinking first.

Which door is right for me?

If you’ve got a page or a shop that’s just not converting, start with the tune-up. If you’re selling something new and don’t have a page yet, go straight to the build. Not sure? Book a call and I’ll tell you straight, even when the straight answer is the smaller option.

Do you only work with coaches and course creators?

Nope! That’s my main world, and I also do ecommerce. Shops, digital products, services, cohorts, I work across all of it.

Here’s the truth: the season is coming whether you’re ready or not. That part isn’t up to you.

What IS up to you is whether your page is ready to meet it.

You could wait. Cross your fingers, run the same page you ran last year, hope it works out differently this time. Or you could actually do something about it, right now, while there’s still time for it to matter.

I know which one gets you the ridiculously good season. 😌
