I recommend the middle tier with a blog at $27/mo (billed yearly), since it lets you use the WordPress blog design integration. 99% of my clients are on their top tier ($39/mo billed yearly) for extra things like embedded forms in blog posts and plugins for extra functionality, but the basic blog level works great!
